Hi, I’m Josh Lawrence (JLaw)

I’m a Business Solutions Architect and Agile Project Manager with nearly a decade of experience. I graduated from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business and have since built a career helping businesses optimize so they can focus on their core success drivers. I like helping businesses optimize so they can focus on doing what’s central to their continued success, rather than getting caught up in the administrative necessities of operating a company. Go figure, but good for you!

I’ve worked with Fortune 500 companies and small businesses in commercial real estate, technology, outdoor industries, and marketing. I understand what it takes to build a company from the ground up, scale it, and manage growth or decline as well as maintain an established enterprise’s processes without losing control . 

As a specialist in Enterprise Architecture, Agile Project Management, and Strategic Planning, I keep organizations agile, efficient, and competitive. My ability to identify business challenges, design PMIS solutions, and collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and teams ensures they reach their goals.

On the human side of me, I’m an avid mountain biker and skier, a foodie, gardener, and cat dad of two.
